Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early in the morning our company driver guide will pick you up from your hotel of residence or Entebbe international airport and briefs you about your 5 days’ safari through some of Uganda’s wildlife tourist destination. Then by 7:00am embark on your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park that holds the greatest biodiversity of mammal species like the tree climbing lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, leopards, hippos among other.
Expect a stopover in Mbarara town for our lunch, then continue with our journey to the park. Upon arrival we will start away with an evening game drive. Later transfer to the booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning game drive and an afternoon boat ride along the Kazinga channel
After your breakfast, set off for the early morning game drive through the Kasenyi plains known for a number of wildlife species like the elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, hyenas, among others and the scenic crater lakes. The game drive will almost last for 4 hours, then later your driver guide drives you back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation as your prepare for the afternoon boat ride.
Later in the afternoon set for the 2 hours boat ride along the Kazinga channel that is an intermediate between Lake Edward and Lake George. Along the channel you will see a number of species like elephants, buffaloes, hippos, waterbucks, crocodiles, monitor lizards, among others and bird species like African fish eagle, saddle billed stork, malachite kingfisher, the pink pelican, and many more.
Finally return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Early morning game drive through Ishasha and later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park
After breakfast set off for the early morning game drive, driving through Ishasha plains the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park commonly known for the tree climbing lions. Expect to increase your game count. After the morning game viewing activity, you will start off your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable national park to prepare for the following day gorilla tracking expedition.
On this day, accommodation options will depend on the allocated gorilla tracking section.
Day 4: Gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Forest and Batwa community visit
After breakfast drive to the park headquarters for the 7:00am briefing about the gorilla trekking guidelines and etiquettes. At this point you will be allocated to groups and assigned to park guides, armed rangers, and potters. You are required to have a good fitness level since you will go through slippery and tough time while tracking gorillas.
Bwindi is renowned for its impressive mountain gorillas, although it is unpredictable for how long you will track before finding them since it all depends on their movement. After finding the allocated gorilla family, you will be allowed to spend one hour’s time while interacting with these gentle giant gorillas. This is the most amazing experiences you will ever have.
Later in the evening, we go for a community walk to have an engagement with the Batwa pygmies.

Day 5: Return back to Kampala or preferred drop off point
Have an early morning breakfast and embark on your return journey back to Kampala or a preferred drop off point. Expect to have stopovers in Mbarara town for lunch and the Uganda Equator where you will able to stand with one of your feet in the northern hemisphere and the other in the southern hemisphere.
Later proceed for drop off.
